Lori Sheedy, Board Member
My name is Lori Sheedy and I have lived in the Grand Rapids area for the past 10 years.  I am originally from Rochester.  I am a nurse anesthetist and own my own business, L.S. Anesthesia, Inc.  I spend my days providing anesthesia services to several of the hospitals in the area.  My significant other is Ryan and he is a civil engineer in Grand Rapids.  We are the parents of 2 border collies (Dixie and Daisy), and 2 cats (Whitley and Christian).  I have been involved with volunteering at the Star of North Humane Society for the past several years.  I have always had a passion for helping animals.  I am very happy and excited to be a part of the SNHS Board. I foresee lots of positive changes happening and goals being met in the coming months and years that will be a tremendous help to the homeless animals in our area.
