Dr. Thomas Shroyer, PhD., Treasurer
Thomas G Shroyer PhD. is the Executive Director of Children's Mental Health Services/REACH Inc. Dr. Shroyer has over three decades working in behavioral health organizations as an administrator. He has been the Executive Director of Five County Mental Health Centers in Braham, MN, the Executive Director of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers based in St Paul, and the Director of the Counseling Center in Monticello MN. In addition he has done training and consulting independently and for the Johnson Institute and Community Intervention Inc. Prior to his career in mental and chemical health, he completed graduate work in education and taught at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. He also has business experience from owning a resort in Ontario. He is married and has four adult children. He resides in his home near Marcell.
